  • Scenic Sleigh Rides
    Hot Chocolate Rides offer a unique sleigh ride experience!  Your adventure begins at the Clubhouse, with a visit to our hot chocolate bar, loaded with whipped cream and other tasty treats. If you like, each adult gets one free shot of alcohol for a little extra “warmth.” Once you’re nice and toasty, we’ll head out for a 35- to 45-minute sleigh ride around the amazing Breckenridge Public Golf Course with it’s beautiful views of the Ten-Mile Range.
  • Dinner Sleigh Rides
    Dinner Rides also begin with a 35- to 45-minute sleigh ride. When we arrive back at the Clubhouse, a delicious, all-you-can-eat buffet will be waiting. Music will be provided by a local guitarist, and a full bar will also be available for purchase.
  • Private Rides
    Enjoy an intimate, scenic ride in our brand-new vis-a-vis sleigh, which holds up to 4 people.

Ice Fishing
Many fishermen find Lake Dillon to be the hot spot in ice fishing. Located only 10 minutes from Breckenridge. Need a fishing license!  Fly-fish all winter along the Blue River.

Sledding
Take your sled, your mittens and your friends to Carter Park, home to one of the only sledding locations in town. Carter Park is located at the south end of High Street and adjacent to Breckenridge Elementary School. (Sledding at the Breckenridge ski resort is not permitted).  Lift-accessed tubing facilities include:

The Stephen C. West Ice Arena has two ice rinks (one indoor, one outdoor) located on Boreas Pass Road.

Snowshoeing
Most of Breckenridge’s hiking trails (except those within the ski area boundries) double as snowshoeing trails in the winter.  Guests can also snowshoe at the two Breckenridge Nordic Centers on Peak 8 and at Gold Run.

Attention thrill seekers! Breckenridge Ski Resort has unveiled the brand-new Gold Runner Alpine Coaster, located at the base of Peak 8. Race down the mountain on 2,500 feet of elevated roller coaster track as you enjoy a thrilling journey through the forest around and above the ski runs!  The BreckConnect Gondola provides easy access to this new adrenaline-packed attraction, which is open in both summer and winter.
