Pine Ridge is a limited service facility. European guests frequently refer to our style of service as “self catered” We offer on-site check-in/check-out service and will also help to orientate you to town, our amenities and transportation system. We are happy to act as your on-site consulting concierges and we’ll direct you to all that Breckenridge has to offer!
We have an on-site Christy’s ski rental shop as well as a fitness center, meeting room, and kitchen facility.
Pine Ridge does not have elevators, bell service or room service.
Trash and towel service is provided every two to three days for winter stays four days and longer. Mid-week cleans are provided for winter stays eight days or longer. During summer months, housekeeping services are not provided. Guests may purchase additional housekeeping at any time.
The kitchen in each condominium is completely stocked with full sets of dishes, glassware, utensils, pots and pans, coffee maker, and toaster. As each home is privately owned, some units may have boot warmers, stockpots, slow cookers, blenders and other small appliances, however these items cannot be guaranteed. Trash bags, foil, plastic wrap, dish soap and dishwasher detergent are supplied.
Each condominium is supplied with complete linens and bedding including extra bedding for the sofa sleeper. Bath and kitchen linen is also supplied.
Each condominium has a washer and dryer in the hallway. Laundry detergent may be purchased for $1.00.
Pets are not allowed at Pine Ridge. If evidence of a pet is found in a condominium, guests will be held responsible for any additional cleaning and/or damage.
Pine Ridge is a completely smoke-free property. No smoking of any kind is permitted.
Cancellation and Deposit Policies
The cancellation policy varies by the date of arrival. Pine Ridge Condominiums sells excellent and economical travel insurance through CSA Travel Protection and encourages all guests to purchase protection. All rates are subject to change at anytime, without notice. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation due to price error.
- Winter (November 1st – April 30th)
Winter reservations require a deposit of cost of two nights of the stay or payment in full for one- or two-night stays. Any reservation cancelled and confirmed in writing 90 or more prior to arrival will receive a full refund of any deposit/payment made. Cancellations, confirmed in writing, between 89 and 30 prior to arrival will be fully refunded less a $100 cancellation fee. Cancellations 29 days or less prior to arrival are non-refundable.
- Summer (May 1st – October 31st)
A $100 deposit is required for reservations made 30 days prior to arrival. Full payment is required 30 days prior to arrival or for any reservation made within 30 days of arrival. Guests will receive a full refund if the reservation is cancelled seven days or more prior to arrival. Cancellations within seven days of arrival are non-refundable.
