My family and I found the staff at Pine Ridge Condos to be friendly and very helpful. The cabin was very spacious and clean. Christy’s Sports shop is located in the same building and made it very convenient to rent our skis and snowboards. The one-block distance to downtown made it easy to walk to the restaurants and shops without having to wait for a bus. Since Pine Ridge is a regular stop for the free bus service, it was very easy to get to the ski lifts from our condo. We will DEFINITELY stay here next year.

]]> This was our second stay with Pine Ridge condos. We stayed Labor day weekend 2010 & we just stayed Feb 12-16 2012 for a ski vacation. We stayed in 12D. It was very cozy, well decorated and clean! We parked our car when we arrived and didn’t get back in until we left. You can walk to the ski lift and you can easily walk to main street for dinner. There is some noise from people with boots on trying to get to and from their condos on wood floors but big deal we were part of the noise as well. We loved it and are already looking forward to next year hopefully in the same condo! One of our best & most memorable family vacations! Thanks Pine Ridge!

Room Tip: The higher up you are the less noise you will hear

]]> The location of this condo is excellent for the price. It is ski in and you can walk (albeit uphill, about 10 minutes) or shuttle to Snowflake Lift. We had a car so cannot comment on access to town via foot or shuttle. We were able to park right in front of our room. The space was clean, well decorated and roomy, the fireplace a lovely addition. The shower in the main br was broken and repaired within hours after a phone call to the front desk. Staff was friendly and the dvd collection in the Office held great flicks. The hot tub was welcome after a long day on the slopes. We would definitely stay here again.

We (2A&1C) stayed at Pine Ridge 2bed/2bath (10C) for 14 nights in February 2012 and we were very happy there. The condo is very spacious, very comfortable, spotless, top condition and in a great location. An easy walk to Snowflake and about 5 minutes to Main Street, plus you can ski back too. Front Office staff very welcoming and accommodating. Someone complained about noise in their review and I would say it was the opposite. We ended up taking care of it as we would our own home!

Our favorite restaurants were Blue River Bistro & Whalestail.

]]> Every year our group of 6-8, 50+ year old guys go skiing for 3 days on super bowl weekend. Pine Ridge was one of the few places that had enough individual beds to accommodate us. The unit was clean, spacious and well equipped…and it had a nice flat screen TV to watch the big game! Above all it had location,location, location! We could ski to our door off the “4 o’clock” run, hop on a shuttle for a 2 minute ride to the lifts and easily walk to town.
Our building had a large outdoor hot tub, ski storage on the main floor and “Christy Sports”, for ski rental (20% discount for Pine Ridge guests), has a location on the property.
The only negative to the place is that there are no elevators. We stayed in the top lofted unit which is equivalent to the 4th floor. We had to climb 6 flights of stairs to get to our unit. The thin air and altitude of Breckenridge really made this an exhausting ordeal.
Other than that everything else was”Super”!
