Pine Ridge offers three sizes of lodging:

• 1-bedroom / 2-bath (sleeps up to 4 people), 1,000 square feet
• 2-bedroom / 2-bath (sleeps up to 6 people), 1,200 square feet
• 2 bedroom / 2-bath with loft (sleeps up to 8-10 people), 1,500 square feet on two levels

Breckenridge Colorado Lodging – Unit Locations
Pine Ridge Condominiums has 81 units in 15 buildings on both the south and north sides of 4 O’Clock Road.  Buildings 1-9 are located on the north side of Pine Ridge which lies alongside the 4 O’Clock Ski Run.  Buildings 10-15 are on the south side of the property closest to the Upper Village community pool and hot tubs.

Each building is comprised of 6 units with 1-bedroom/2-bedroom units on the first and second floors and 2-bedroom+loft units on the third (top) floor.

Quality Ratings
Pine Ridge Condominiums are annually inspected, inventoried, and rated.  The three ratings, Platinum, Gold, and Silver represent differences between the quality of the furnishings and the date of the last update or remodel, and are reflected in the nightly rate.

• Platinum
  Pine Ridge’s top-tier condominiums, they have a predominantly upscale style and demonstrate an obvious degree of personal attention and quality.  These homes provide an exceptional degree of comfort and are in superior condition throughout, usually with many extra amenities.
• Gold
  These condominiums are residential in style and invoke a personal presence of home.  They are very comfortable and have decorative appointments that are attractive, well-coordinated and provide an obvious degree of comfort.  Gold-rated condominiums are in very good condition throughout and represent the majority of the rentals.
• Silver
  Silver-rated condominiums provide a good value, but are predominantly of a basic or dated style with limited coordination of appointments and decor.  These homes have the same floor plans and are very clean and comfortable, but have not had any significant updates or renovations within the last five years.
