Pine Ridge 2-bedroom+loft condominiums are located on the third (top) floor of each building.  The loft is a second half-floor accessed by a standard staircase with windows overlooking the living area.  The lofts are separated by either a sturdy railing or a half-wall.  Platinum- and gold-rated units are available.  Each unit features:
