The Breckenridge Nordic Center offers a guided adventure that lasts just over an hour. During your outing, learn about the town’s history from your knowledgeable guide. Gold Run Nordic Center

Both beginner and experienced snowshoers will love the trails found at the Gold Run Nordic Center. Make memories as you explore the several miles of groomed trails before warming up by the fireplace at the clubhouse. This spot also offers on-site rentals. 

South Illinois Creek Trail

Found close to downtown, the 1.9-mile out-and-back trail starts at South Illinois High and leads to a stunning overlook of town. Make your excursion a bit longer by hitting up the Southside Trail on your way back.
