01F is a Gold-rated loft unit with perhaps the best views of the mountains surrounding Breckenridge, both front and back, of any condominium in Pine Ridge. It has a beautiful view of Peak 9 from the living room, and of  Baldy Mountain from the master suite and guest bedroom.  The living room has plenty of comfortable seating, an electric fireplace and bright, sunny windows.  In addition to the two bedrooms, there is a fully enclosed loft that is furnished with two twin beds and a bunk bed (Twin/Queen). The master bedroom has its own bathroom, King bed, and TV with DVD player. The guest bedroom has a Queen bed, just steps away from the hall bathroom.  Building 1 is the closest building to town and during the winter has the Christy Sports ski rental shop right on the first floor.
