This third-floor condo is ski-in - step out on the balcony and watch your family and friends ski down the 4 O’Clock Ski Run, turn, and enter the door of the building! The hot tub is next to the building for added convenience and there is nothing like a soothing bath after a terrific time at the slopes. This is a warm and comfortable ski lodge condo with the best location possible. Vaulted ceilings add to the feeling of spaciousness. You and your group will be treated to an updated retreat, including new appliances, granite, tile, sinks, faucets, carpeting, custom drapes (including black-out in the bedrooms), and an 80-gallon hot water heater. It was also freshly painted and the furniture was updated as well (including new mattresses and a 50-inch TV) to make this a perfect vacation home.
